About the role

Everforth TopBloc is a boutique Workday partner firm offering fixed-time, fixed-price deployments and ongoing support. We leverage our proprietary tool to efficiently implement Workday Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials, enabling customers to focus on their core business while gaining immediate value.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to implement Workday Benefits technology solutions into their business environments of increasing complexity levels.
• Deliver high-quality Workday solutions across multiple industries to meet clients' business needs of increasing complexity levels.
• Define, build, and implement HR processes and structures in alignment with client's business objectives and needs, enhancing their experience and value of the Workday software.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and share skills with the organization.
• Manage a team of consultants, guiding them through professional development and handling escalations (Manager Level).
• Utilize Workday experience and knowledge to develop sales material and scope projects as needed by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).

Requirements

• Workday Benefits Certification
• 1+ years experience implementing Workday Benefits configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels
• 1+ years experience in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Benefits solutions according to customer requirements
• Knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion and the Affordable Care Act
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Able to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
• Customer expectations

Pay

A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is:

• Consultant II: $75,000 - $105,000
• Senior Consultant: $100,000 - $140,000
• Principal Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
• Managing Consultant: $130,000 - $175,000
