About the role
Our clients approach us with a unique set of complex challenges to forge strategy and operations with technology. As an Associate, you will utilize Huron tools, methodologies, and best practices in the selection, planning, and implementation of leading enterprise software and analytics solutions. You will be responsible for project work stream delivery, work plan management, analytics, reporting, and client interface/presentations. This role involves collaborating with client staff and leadership while managing and mentoring junior Huron staff. You will gain valuable, hands-on consulting experience and world-class training and development that translates to career growth.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in roles utilizing Workday, PeopleSoft, Lawson/Infor, or SAP
- Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
- Travel up to 50% when requested by the client
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Workday HCM and Benefits certifications
- Prior experience in a role supporting a Workday implementation either at a Workday partner firm or as a client-side project resource
- Prior experience as a Workday Benefits Administrator
- Participation in at least 1 Workday Benefits implementation
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Ability to establish credibility with senior-level university and hospital executives based on expertise, maturity, and professionalism
- Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
- Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects of differing scale and duration
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Excel to translate meeting information into shareable documentation
- Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
Pay
The estimated base salary range for this job is $95,000 - $130,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on factors including specific skills, certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, reflecting Huron’s pay-for-performance philosophy. Inclusive of the annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $106,400 - $149,500.
