Work Week Manager

About the Role

You will direct the development of detailed plans and schedules for all corrective and preventive maintenance, surveillance, post-maintenance testing, and modifications within an assigned work week. During execution, you will ensure adherence to the online risk profile, technical specifications, and Clean Energy Center (CEC) procedures. You will lead schedule implementation safely and efficiently, collaborating across departments and with project managers to resolve conflicts that impact schedule safety and performance. Your work will ensure fleet and CEC goals are met during the execution week.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate detailed schedule development for the assigned work week to ensure compliance with technical specifications and maintenance rules while minimizing safety risks and optimizing schedule efficiency.
• Oversee schedule execution to maintain compliance with technical specifications and maintenance rules, coordinating online risk to minimize safety challenges and achieve schedule goals.
• Provide direction to department planners, schedulers, project managers, and support personnel to develop an effective and accurate schedule.
• Manage schedule execution to meet Work Management Process Key Indicators.
• Prioritize and manage emergent work during the assigned work week.
• Evaluate scheduling execution performance data and develop a weekly performance analysis report to support corrective actions at the Performance Analysis Review (P.A.R.) meeting.
• Assist in forced outage coordination as required.
• Coach, mentor, and develop other members of the work management organization.
• Perform additional job assignments as directed, including emergency response, departmental coverage, call-outs, and support of outage activities outside the department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience, or
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) license with 5 years of related experience, or
• Associate’s degree in a related field with 7 years of related experience, or
• High school diploma/GED with 9 years of related experience.
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and pass required medical examinations/testing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in PC-based scheduling tools.
• Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator License/Certification.
• Engineering or technical degree.
• Supervisory or managerial experience.

Pay

Expected salary range of $126,900 to $141,000, based on experience.
