Typical Qualifications

• Required - Current enrollment in the Information Technology Program or related field
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Preferred

• Previous coursework in computer maintenance or technical support
• Experience with imaging software and system administration
• Knowledge of virus protection and cybersecurity best practices
• Customer service experience
