About the role

This is a virtual work-from-home role with Capital One Customer Operations. Candidates must live within a 100-mile radius of one of the following locations (excluding California) and be able to report in person with at least 24 hours notice:

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 6 months of experience in the Financial Industry

Work from Home Technology Requirements

• Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
• Reliable private internet connection (not supplied via cellular data or hotspot) with a minimum of 100 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload speed
• Private, password-protected network with ownership or line-of-sight to all connected devices
• Internet service must be provided by Cable or Fiber ISPs (hotspots and satellite services are prohibited)

Capital One reserves the right to request proof of internet provider, speed, and service package. Requirements may change with 60 days notice.

Pay

$21 per hour. The full-time annual salary for this role is $43,680, with part-time salaries prorated based on agreed-upon hours. Salaries by location:
