About the role

This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis. The Work Placement Officer plays a vital role in developing and maintaining partnerships with industry stakeholders to facilitate collaboration for work placements, and career development opportunities for students.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage with industry partners and stakeholders to source large volumes of work experience and T-Level industry placement opportunities.
  • Achieve established targets for the number of learners placed into work experience and industry placements.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Experience in industry engagement, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
