Work Cell Lead 1

Responsibilities

• Provide floor level leadership to operators in the safe and efficient manufacture of membrane products and sub-assemblies that meet quality requirements in accordance with instructions provided by department and company leaders.
• In absence of Supervisor or as called upon, lead, or help lead assigned production team in safe manufacture of membrane products in accordance with the production schedule and with instructions provided by department and company leaders.
• Help assigned production team and company achieve compliance and safety excellence. Step into leadership role where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and procedures.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
