Lead 1

Lead 1 is responsible for setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process individual products, adhering to established process parameters, working under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitting, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and cycle count activities to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support timely material movement across all warehouse functions.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse team members to promote strong performance and team development.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and other support teams.
• Oversee accurate SAP inventory transactions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• No prior experience required; an understanding of warehouse management, logistics, or similar is preferred.
• Skills include environmental health and safety, manufacturing principles, digital literacy, and machine operations knowledge.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Technical training or leadership courses preferred.
• Forklift and Cherry Picker certification (or the ability to become certified) is preferred.
• Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
• Work flexible hours as needed based on business needs (i.e., other shifts, weekends, on-call, mandatory extra hours dependent on workload).

Schedule

This is an onsite role covering 2nd shift hours from 2:15pm to 10:45pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Ontario, CA is $24.00 to $37.00 per hour, plus overtime eligibility and a 2nd shift pay differential. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may include an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives.
