Woodworker – 1st shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Woodworkers for a millwork manufacturing company in Rice, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality wood doors, frames, and architectural millwork products while supporting a skilled production team. Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery, hand tools, and production equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with manufacturing, assembly, sanding, finishing, and packaging of wood products
• Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications and work orders
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship standards
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while adhering to all safety policies and quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to work in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
• No experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Pay

$18.00 per hour – paid weekly
