Essential Functions

• Wood Carving: Execute precise and intricate wood carving techniques to create unique, high-quality wooden products that meet Chrome Hearts' artistic standards.
• Design Interpretation: Work closely with design concepts and blueprints to accurately transform creative ideas into tangible wood art pieces.
• Material Selection: Select and source high-quality wood materials, ensuring they align with the project requirements and uphold our brand's standards.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and care for woodworking tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect, refine, and ensure the final product meets the established quality standards, including attention to detail and finish.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with a team of artisans, designers, and craftspeople to bring artistic visions to life and contribute to the overall creative process.
• Innovation: Stay updated on woodworking trends and techniques, suggesting improvements and innovative ideas to enhance our woodworking processes.

Qualifications

• Interpret of Technical Drawings: Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to execute woodworking projects accurately.
• Solid Wood Preparation: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in preparing solid wood, including cutting and assembling, to create high-quality wood products.
• Inlay and Sculpture Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in crafting intricate inlays on wood and creating sculptures that showcase exceptional craftsmanship.
• Custom Door and Installation Expertise: Proven experience in custom door fabrication and installation, demonstrating a strong understanding of the craft.
• Carpentry Tool and Machinery Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of various carpentry tools and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient usage.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Reliability and Dependability: Demonstrated reliability and dependability, ensuring consistent, high-quality work.
• Work Environment Maintenance: Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Knowledge of Basic Furniture Tools: Familiarity with basic furniture-making tools and techniques.
• Ownership of Carving Tools: Must have a personal set of carving tools for woodworking projects.
