Women's Health Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and guidance to Medical Assistants, Front Desk staff, and ancillary personnel.
• Cook up staffing assignments and arrange coverage as needed to support continuity of patient care.
• Maintain employee timecards and ensure accurate submission of payroll-related information.
• Manage staff PTO requests and coordinate schedules to ensure appropriate coverage across Women's Health locations.
• Aid in training and onboarding of new employees.
• Serve as a resource to staff regarding departmental workflows and best practices.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Address staff concerns and escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Maintain inventory and oversee the ordering and distribution of clinical and office supplies across multiple Women's Health sites.
• Ensure examination rooms are appropriately stocked, maintained, and operational across all Women's Health sites.
• Promote and maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and organizational policies across all Women's Health locations.
• Promote and support exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
• Facilitate timely resolution of patient concerns.
• Participate in departmental projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of healthcare experience required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Women's Health, OB/GYN, or ambulatory care experience preferred.
