Women's Basketball Assistant Coach
About the role
The assistant coach supports the women’s basketball program by recruiting, monitoring athletes’ academic progress, assisting in practice and game preparation, and managing equipment care and inventory. The role requires demonstrated knowledge of and compliance with NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional rules and regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Master’s degree (preferred)
- Coaching experience at the secondary or post-secondary level (preferred)
- Understanding of recruiting student-athletes at a small, liberal arts college
