WO-012 Business Process Engineer with Security Clearance

Position Description

The Business Process Engineer supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by supporting process improvements and workflow optimizations across EDA program operations. This role supports the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record and aligns program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.

• Analyzing and improving business processes and workflows.
• Developing documentation and recommendations for operational efficiency.
• Supporting the transition of the program into a DoD Program of Record.
• Alligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Systems Engineering, or a related field; or
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in business process engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in the following areas:
• Process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
• Developing requirements traceability matrices and capability development documentation.
• Aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.
• Suporting DoD Program of Record transitions.
• Stakeholder coordination and documentation development.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and workflow optimization.
• Working knowledge of DoD acquisition frameworks and JCIDS processes.
• Proficiency in developing requirements traceability matrices and capability documentation.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to support program transitions and governance alignment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licence to work in the United States.

Clearance Requirement

No clearance required for off-site duty location, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program.
