Business Process Analyst with Security Clearance

Overall Assignment Description

Serves as a member of a team that supports the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ):

• Assists the government with financial management operations.
• Makes sure resources are used wisely.
• Supports government officials at important meetings.
• Works with GEO-F and ORBIT systems, including future upgrades.
• Understands the financial planning cycle.
• Identifies and validates financial needs.

Duties include:

• Analyzes financial processes to make them better, faster, and more useful.
• Proposes and implements changes to improve business processes and systems.
• Defines and develops technical requirements for new or improved processes.
• Identifies and manages risks related to business processes.
• Educates business process owners about new or changed processes.
• Communicates with high-level government officials and leaders.

Required

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly clearance ability.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or a business-related field.
• 6 years of total experience in financial business processes and workflows.
• At least 2 years of experience in process and/or systems development, process mapping, and reengineering.
• At least 1 year of experience with process documentation, management, and systems configuration management and testing in Momentum-based applications.

Desired

• At least 3 years of experience with the Momentum Financials system.
• At least 1 year of experience with IBM TM-1 and COGNOS.
• Certified Business Process Analyst (CBAP) or equivalent certification.

Salary Range

The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding. For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
