What You'll Be Doing

• Migrate and serve as the operational contact during the shift from Google Sheets/AppSheet to a live database and custom frontend.
• Translate warehouse workflows into system logic and plan cutover sequencing to ensure operations never slow down.
• Partner with the Principal Systems Architect and Engineering team to test, roll out, and optimize features, acting as the go-to for converting floor-level context into actionable technical input.

Requirements

• Represent associate concerns and proactively propose system improvements.
• Coordinate staging tests and live beta testing with warehouse "power users."
• Build Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and visual training guides; lead hands-on training ahead of every deployment.
• Act as the floor liaison on deployment days, monitoring stability and funneling critical bugs to Engineering.
