Responsibilities

• Participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and changes, and document in accordance with Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines and regulations.
• Complete EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, and change of condition in accordance with nursing practices.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians' orders.
• Evaluate and implement a patient's care plan.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate the timely delivery of quality patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensure Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
