Aerotech, Inc. is seeking a skilled Wiring Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll build and wire precision electromechanical assemblies, fabricate wire harnesses and cable assemblies, and ensure products meet our quality standards.
Responsibilities
As a Wiring Assembler at Aerotech, you will:
- Assembles cables and cable harnesses using hand tools, power tools, and soldering
- Reads wiring and assembly drawings
- Routes and attaches wires and connectors to electronic circuitry and/or subassemblies
- Utilizes test equipment to test for conformance
- Wires system level motors and stages
- Wire multi-axis assemblies
Requirements
Prior experience with:
- Soldering
- Reading and interpreting wiring or assembly drawings
- Using hand tools and crimpers
- Assembling raw wires into completed wire harnesses or cable assemblies
High school diploma or GED required.
Qualifications
Preferred experience includes:
- Familiarity with IPC-620 soldering standards
- Experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally involving precision technology or electromechanical systems
- Basic computer literacy, including ERP software experience
- At least 1 year of directly related experience, education, or training
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
