About the role

As the Store Manager, you’re the heartbeat of the store. You’ll own the results, develop your people, and build something you’re proud of—backed by one of the most recognized names in wireless retail. This role offers above-market pay and a direct link between your effort and your paycheck.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop your store team every day
• Drive sales of Verizon’s full lineup of devices, plans, and services
• Own inventory, contracts, customer follow-through, and clean operations
• Build a store culture your team wants to show up to
• Stay sharp on the latest tech and competitive landscape
• Recruit and develop the next generation of store leaders

Requirements

• 1–3 years of retail, sales, or customer-facing experience
• 1–3 years of management or team leadership
• High energy, accountability, and a competitive spirit
• Someone who leads from the floor—not just the back office
