In this role, you'll drive sales performance, build a winning team, and create an exceptional tanning experience that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities: Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environmentRecruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing teamCoach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targetsDrive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goalsAnalyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growthManage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements: 1-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience requiredProven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targetsStrong team-building, coaching, and staff development skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilitiesEnergetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitudeReliable transportation and an ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needsProficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications About Us: Palm Beach Tan is one of the nation's leading tanning salon brands known for premium services and a welcoming salon experience.
