Wireless Sales Manager

Pay Rate: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour
About the role
Premium Retail Services operates in more than 1,200 Walmart Supercenter locations across North America, with a dedicated sales team of over 3,000 Wireless Sales Pros. We are seeking a Full-Time Wireless Sales Manager to oversee a team of sales representatives, providing recruitment, scheduling, and retail strategy to achieve sales and business targets in 3+ retail locations.
Prior sales experience or wireless industry knowledge is not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training on wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in-store and online programs. This role requires strong communication skills and a commitment to matching shoppers with the best products, accessories, and smartphone services.
Responsibilities
- Inspire and motivate teams to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and established KPIs.
- Exemplify a player-coach approach by setting sales and training standards for top performance in your market.
- Lead recruitment efforts and execute strategies to maintain top-quality talent across all assigned locations.
- Embody professionalism, work ethic, and determination for Premium, the client, in-store management, and associates.
