Wireless Retail Store Manager

About the role

Blue Link Wireless is a rapidly growing AT&T Authorized Retailer with over 220 locations across 21 states. As a Retail Store Manager, you will oversee operations, manage a team, and drive sales within a competitive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staffing, and store maintenance.
• Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners to foster loyalty and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to address strategic initiatives and improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• Two plus years of retail wireless management experience preferred.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
• Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and retail systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
• A strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
• Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $17.30 per hour - $27.30 per hour, plus bonus.
