About the role

Blue Link Wireless is a rapidly growing AT&T Authorized Retailer with over 220 locations across 21 states. As a Retail Store Manager, you'll oversee a team, manage inventory, and drive sales in a vibrant retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of sales associates to achieve store goals
• Manage inventory and ensure store operations run smoothly
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Manage store operations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Ensure store cleanliness and appearance meet company standards
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience
• Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Two plus years of retail wireless management experience preferred
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
• Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and retail systems
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
• A strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals

Qualifications

• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
• Ability to interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel
• Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment

Pay

Salary range for this position is $17.30 per hour - $27.30 per hour, with a compensation structure that includes base rate, overtime, personal sales commission, and store bonus.
