Wireless Retail Store Manager

About the role

Blue Link Wireless is an AT&T Authorized Retailer looking to hire a Retail Store Manager. This position offers a competitive salary range from $17.30 per hour to $27.30 per hour, with a flexible compensation structure including base rate, overtime, personal sales commission, and store bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a retail store, overseeing operations and customer service
• Develop and lead a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance store operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Two plus years of retail wireless management experience preferred
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
• Expert knowledge of wireless technology and services
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and retail systems
• Strategic thinking and ability to champion change
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
