About the role

Blue Link Wireless is a rapidly growing AT&T Authorized Retailer with over 220 locations across 21 states. As a Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains a clean, well-stocked environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experiences and drive sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Manage inventory, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and strategies.

Requirements

  • Two plus years of retail wireless management experience preferred.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems.
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
  • A strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
  • Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
  • Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills.
  • Accept and implement verbal and written feedback.
  • The ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Pay

Salary range for this position is $17.30 per hour - $27.30 per hour, plus bonus.
