About the role
Blue Link Wireless is a rapidly growing AT&T Authorized Retailer with over 220 locations across 21 states. As a Retail Store Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a team, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains a clean, well-stocked environment.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experiences and drive sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
- Manage inventory, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement new initiatives and strategies.
Requirements
- Two plus years of retail wireless management experience preferred.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or related industry with consistent attainment of sales quota and objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and wireless retail systems.
- The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
- A strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.
- Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills.
- Accept and implement verbal and written feedback.
- The ability to expertly use and teach others to use wireless technology and services.

Salary range for this position is $17.30 per hour - $27.30 per hour, plus bonus.
