About the role
Arch Telecom's Retail Associate Managers (RAMs) work as part of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom's Core Values. Their role involves creating energy and excitement around products and services, focusing on customer needs, and building meaningful connections.
Responsibilities
- Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
- Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest and greatest technology in-store.
- Sell side-by-side to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan, including unique accessories and IoT devices.
- Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions, informative answers, and sharing expertise.
- Aid the Retail Store Manager in daily operations and coaching.
- Build proficiency in customer service and provide a best-in-class customer experience.
- Collaborate with employees across channels to collectively own the customer experience and resolve issues.
- Identify and handoff small business leads and develop strong peer relationships.
- Successfully demonstrate the company's ever-expanding coverage, plans, and services, and device and account inspection, review, and troubleshooting.
- Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a high school degree or GED.
- Be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Have reliable transportation.
- Work full-time (40 hours).
Qualifications
- Prior wireless sales experience is preferred.
