Wire Transfer & Vault Operations Specialist

Hours are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

About the role

This position serves as a primary resource for branch personnel by providing support for branch cash operations, including vault and ATM cash. In addition, the role involves wire transfer operations, assistance with ATM hardware support, and various other operational activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support branch cash operations, including vault and ATM cash management
• Process wire transfers
• Assist with ATM hardware support
• Perform various operational activities with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

• 2 years of teller and vault experience desired
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
