About the role
The individual in this role provides exceptional wire transfer expertise, service, and support to Central Bank customers and bank personnel.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment to monitor all request channels
- Accurately collect, interpret, enter, and process data required to execute incoming and outgoing wire transfers in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
- Perform all duties of a Wire Transfer Processor I
- Verify compliance of branch-accepted outgoing wires
- Verify accuracy and compliance of call-in wires entered by wire transfer staff
- Review and investigate OFAC violations
