About the role

ZUKE Green is looking for support in community and congress management. We believe in the transformative power of community and serve as the interface for the sustainability sector within the healthcare industry, bringing together all relevant stakeholders. Our goal is to create a central communication platform for exchanging best practices and innovative ideas among clinic staff, companies, and other key players. We host exchange spaces on the medzudo platform and organize the annual digital ZUKE Green Health Congress (November 26–27, 2024).

Responsibilities

• Assist in digital event planning for the ZUKE Green Health Congress.
• Engage with motivated individuals passionate about sustainability.
• Support the planning and execution of community and congress activities.
• Contribute to the development and growth of our sustainability-focused community.

Requirements

• Enrolled student (ideally in event management, healthcare, or related fields) or completed vocational training in a similar area.
• Availability of approximately 20 hours per week until November.
• Ideally, experience with Canva or enthusiasm for learning new digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, especially in event planning.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to meaningful impact.
• Comfortable working 100% remotely.
