We want you to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Circle K, located at 7055 Commerce Center Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80919. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Run the register, cashier transactions, and make purchase suggestions.
• Assist with the store’s food program as needed.
• Maintain high standards for store appearance, both inside and out.
• Ensure regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with many customers daily while working with an energetic team.
• Collaborate with teammates to accomplish daily goals and store tasks.
• Generate ideas to solve problems and think quickly to offer suggestions.

Requirements

• Retail and customer‑service experience.
• Sales associate or cashiering experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Motivation to advance in your career.
• Willingness to learn and have fun.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 lb from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 lb from ground to waist level.
• Push/pull with arms against a force of up to 20 lb.
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials.

Pay

Hiring range: $15.50 – $16.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shift availability: Flexible (days, evenings, overnights + weekends). Part‑time position.
