About the role

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve issues related to product usage and support requests
  • Conduct research and provide solutions to complex problems
  • Train new team members and assist with onboarding processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
