Wine Sales Supervisor

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
  • Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
  • Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory.
  • Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education And Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
  • High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.

Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.
