Wine Sales Supervisor
Position Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
- Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
- Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory.
- Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up, and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Education And Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience.
- High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.
