About the Role

Join Club Med as a G.O. Wine Consultant and become part of our vibrant team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences. With nearly 70 resorts in 26 countries, we offer premium all-inclusive vacations in stunning mountain and seaside locations. As a Wine Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering our refined culinary and beverage offerings, ensuring guests enjoy memorable moments in our diverse dining and bar spaces.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, advise, and serve customers with personalized attention.
• Sell and serve wines à la carte or by the glass, as well as prestige spirits in resort bars and restaurants.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits for 600 to 1,000 customers.
• Train bar and restaurant teams in wine sales and service.
• Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety rules, and respect for the resort's heritage.
• Develop additional sales and optimize financial results for your department.
