Wine Sales Coordinator Club Med Resorts
Job Summary
We are seeking a G.O. Wine Consultant at Club Med. Our resorts offer top-of-the-range vacations in the mountains and by the sea, focusing on happiness and freedom for our customers. This position offers growth opportunities and the chance to travel the world.
Responsibilities
- Create memorable experiences for guests through diverse catering spaces.
- Work towards the well-being of guests and team members.
- Play on the emotions and senses through staging in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
- Connect with and establish a relationship of trust with customers.
- Offer personalized service to each customer.
- Sell and serve wines à la carte or by the glass, and prestige spirits in resort bars and restaurants.
- Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits.
- Train resort's bar and restaurant teams in wine sales and service.
- Ensure quality of service, comply with health and safety rules, and respect the resort's heritage.
- Optimize department's financial results and assist in achieving economic and quality goals.
Requirements
You must have the following:

- Efficiency in managing priorities and minimizing wait times.
- Attention to detail and personalized service.
- Knowledge of wine and spirits, and ability to sell them effectively.

- Ability to adapt to various environments and cultures.
Qualifications
- Education in hospitality, tourism, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience in a similar role or equivalent relevant experience.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is advantageous.
