Wine Sales Coordinator Club Med Resorts

Job Summary

We are seeking a G.O. Wine Consultant at Club Med. Our resorts offer premium all-inclusive vacations in the mountains and by the sea, focusing on creating memorable experiences and well-being.

About the Role

You will be part of a team that serves our Premium All-Inclusive offer, including various dining spaces such as buffets, bistronomic restaurants, theme bars, and tasting cellars. You will connect with customers, provide personalized service, and manage inventory and training for the resort's bar and restaurant teams.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and establish a relationship of trust
• Offer personalized service to each customer
• Sell and serve wines à la carte or by the glass, and prestige spirits in resort bars and restaurants
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and conservation of wines and spirits
• Train resort's bar and restaurant teams in wine sales and service
• Ensure quality of service, compliance with health and safety rules, and respect for the resort's heritage
• Optimize department's financial results and support additional sales

Requirements

• Sociable and skilled in connecting with customers
• Efficient with a sense of priorities and managing waiting times
• Attentive to customer needs and desires
• Knowledge of wines and spirits
• Ability to train and mentor others

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related field
• Knowledge of wines and spirits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
