About the role

Club Med has nearly 70 resorts, open in summer and winter, in 26 countries, offering high-end vacations in the mountains and by the sea. Our customers are looking for happiness and freedom. These trainings, materialized by a certificate, are recognized by well-being professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop yourself through professional training on protocols of renowned brands such as Sothys, Cinq Mondes, or Payot
• Coordinate and promote the Spa area within the Resort (serving 600 to 1,200 clients)
• Manage a team of 5 to 17 employees
• Manage the economic and qualitative results of the Resort's spa
• Ensure the quality of customer relations by strengthening Club Med culture and spirit
• Promote and set up commercial activities within the Resort
• Monitor stock status, identify supply needs, and establish orders
• Work in collaboration with other Resort services (laundry, bar, restaurant, etc.)
• Unite and motivate your teams around defined objectives and support them in their development
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med health and safety rules as well as maintenance of the resort's assets
