Wine Consultant

The Role

PRP Wine International is seeking part-time wine consultants to join our dynamic team. Our organization offers a unique opportunity for growth and engagement within the wine industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and intimate wine tastings tailored to the needs of individual clients.
• Provide educational events such as Boat Cruises, Food and Wine Tastings, Warehouse Sales, Hotel Wine Tastings, Exhibitions, and Charity Fund Raisers.
• Represent and sell high-quality, unique wine products with confidence.
• Build long-term relationships through personal interactions with clients.
• Set up and conduct wine tastings for clients.

Requirements

• Must be over the age of 21.
• Must have a reliable vehicle for travel to appointments.
• Must be comfortable selling and learning about wine.
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
• Must be willing to work in a commission-driven sales role.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to put in effort.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Coachable and enjoys meeting and interacting with clients.
• Comfortable making phone calls to set up wine tastings.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Knowledge of various wine regions and grape varieties.
