What You'll Do
- Promote and sell a full line of high-quality window products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through in-person, phone, and email communication.
- Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, bids, and quotes based on customer plans and specifications.
- Provide product recommendations and technical expertise to help customers choose the best solutions for their projects.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our window product offerings and stay current on industry trends.
- Manage projects from quote through order completion, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Identify opportunities to maximize sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and delivery, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Experience reading blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of windows, building materials, or the residential/commercial construction industry.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn technical product information quickly.
- Comfortable presenting products and recommending solutions based on customer needs.
- Proficient with computers and sales/order entry systems.
Requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities and deliver accurate, timely work.
- Successful completion of a background check, physical, and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license.
