Window Installer / Carpenter

About the Role

This position involves skilled installation of windows and doors, ensuring high-quality, precise, and efficient work while maintaining organized job sites and delivering excellent customer service. The installer collaborates with team members, handles finishing touches, and adheres to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove existing windows and doors and install new units with attention to detail.
• Prepare and clean work sites, ensuring organization and safety.
• Apply finish trim, caulking, and other final details for quality completion.
• Provide courteous interactions with homeowners.
• Work closely with Lead Installers to resolve challenges and ensure smooth project flow.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in window installation, carpentry, or framing.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Accountability and attention to craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and work in various conditions.
• Proficient in using an iPad and effective in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Capable of standing, walking, and performing physical tasks for extended periods.
