Window Installer / Carpenter

About the role

The primary responsibility is to install windows in residential and commercial buildings. This includes measuring, cutting, and installing various types of windows, ensuring they fit properly and meet safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut window frames to size
• Install windows in both new construction and existing buildings
• Ensure all installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations
• Handle small-scale repairs and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of carpentry experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills

Skills

• Knowledge of window installation techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer literacy
