About the role
We are seeking motivated Residential Window & Door Installers to join a team focused on craftsmanship and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Install residential windows and doors per company standards
- Maintain safe and clean job sites with the crew
- Organize tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols
- Complete daily tasks under the Installation Manager’s guidance
Requirements
- At least 1 year of carpentry or residential remodeling experience
- Ability to read a tape measure and use hand tools
- Window installation and metal brake experience (pluses)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
