Compensation range: $40.03 - $54.04 per hour. Individual salaries will be determined based on factors including market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise, and internal equity considerations.

About the Role

Under the direction of leadership, this role is accountable for providing competent direct patient care based on established standards. You will contribute to unit activities and support enhancement of the care delivery system at the unit level. The position includes supporting peers in patient care delivery and assuming expanded responsibilities such as charge nurse, preceptor, and committee member duties.

This highly autonomous, procedure-focused role involves caring for adult and pediatric patients undergoing life-saving therapeutic plasma exchange, red blood cell exchange, and stem cell and T-cell collections for our Stem Cell Transplant & Cellular Therapy Program. The position offers a specialty pay incentive, a primarily weekday schedule with limited on-call responsibilities, and comprehensive training for motivated nurses interested in developing expertise in this advanced specialty.

Ideal for nurses with strong critical thinking, IV skills, and an interest in technical, machine-based therapies similar to dialysis or ECMO, this role also provides opportunities for leadership through interdisciplinary collaboration. Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care based on established standards.

• Care for adult and pediatric patients undergoing therapeutic plasma exchange, red blood cell exchange, and stem cell and T-cell collections.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver advanced specialty care.

Requirements

• At least one year of acute care nursing experience.
• Strong critical thinking and IV skills.
• Interest in technical, machine-based therapies (e.g., dialysis or ECMO).
