What You'll Do
- Support the daily operation of multiple SACC programs.
- Coach and support Child Care Associates.
- Build positive relationships with students, families, principals, and staff.
- Help manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations.
- Ensure a safe, engaging environment where children thrive.
- Maintain licensing and state compliance standards.
- Step into leadership responsibilities whenever a Site Leader is absent.
- Participate in leadership development, coaching, and professional growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Previous child care experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
