About the Role

Take the next step into leadership with Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care (SACC). This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and is ready to build leadership skills while supporting the daily operations of a before-school program. As a Team Lead, you'll partner with the Site Leader to create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for elementary students. When the Site Leader is away, you'll step in to keep the program running smoothly. This opportunity offers flexible morning hours and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily program operations.
• Lead groups of elementary students in engaging activities.
• Support and coach Child Care Associates.
• Assist with opening procedures and daily routines.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and administrators.
• Help ensure a safe environment and maintain licensing standards.
• Step into the Site Leader role when needed.
• Be a positive role model for both children and staff.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred).
• Previous child care or youth program experience.
• Leadership experience in child care, retail, camps, recreation, education, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire).
