Team Leads promote safety and cleanliness, meet sales goals, host parties, and support the Assistant Manager and General Manager in reaching operational goals while overseeing shifts.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and cleanliness throughout the park
- Strive to meet sales goals
- Host parties and events
- Support Assistant Manager and General Manager in operational goals
- Oversee shifts and provide leadership to the team
- Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined
- Some supervisory or leadership experience
- Enthusiasm for working with a team
Pay
Base hourly rate is $18.25/hr, with earning potential up to $23/hr including tips, bonuses, and commissions.
