Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care (SACC) is looking for an Assistant Program Director to support multiple elementary school locations while developing the leadership skills needed to lead your own program in the future. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience, mentor staff, build relationships with families, and prepare for advancement into a Site Leader role. Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operation of multiple SACC programs
  • Coach and support Child Care Associates
  • Build positive relationships with students, families, principals, and staff
  • Help manage staffing, scheduling, and daily operations
  • Ensure a safe, engaging environment where children thrive
  • Maintain licensing and state compliance standards
  • Step into leadership responsibilities whenever a Site Leader is absent
  • Participate in leadership development, coaching, and professional growth opportunities

Every day you'll be developing both children and future leaders—including yourself.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
  • Previous child care experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
