About the role
ECS Tuning is seeking a motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our company. The Wholesale Support Representative will focus on driving rapid sales growth in the B2B channels, while providing exceptional service to customers.
Responsibilities
- Drive retention and loyalty with existing customer accounts
- Build and maintain trust, respect, and brand loyalty with customers
- Provide world-class customer service
- Identify customer needs and represent the company professionally
- Manage customer communications, order entry, and order management
- Support B2B customers by placing and managing orders
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or customer service
- Proactive communicator and innovator with strong organizational skills
- Highly capable of problem-solving and comfortable with feedback
- Technical background in the automotive industry is a plus
Qualifications
