Key Responsibilities
- Analyze wholesale sales, shipment, and business performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Support initiatives designed to increase parts sales through collaboration with regional teams, dealers, and business partners.
- Conduct business reviews and performance assessments for wholesale programs and initiatives.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business strategy and operational decision-making.
- Perform pricing, profitability, and program effectiveness analyses.
- Calculate, validate, and administer monthly rebate programs.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure return on investment (ROI) for wholesale initiatives.
- Maintain program participation records and reporting tools.
- Conduct market share analysis, competitive research, and industry benchmarking.
- Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, presentations, and training materials.
- Ensure program compliance with applicable policies, standards, and business requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, finance, marketing, supply chain, and dealer support organizations.
- Support ad hoc reporting, analytics projects, and other business initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, pricing analysis, or related analytical roles.
- Experience supporting sales performance, business development, or revenue optimization initiatives.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to analyze business performance and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Able to work effectively across multiple teams and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience.
- Aftersales, aftermarket, or service parts experience.
- Dealer operations or wholesale operations experience.
- Supply chain or inventory management knowledge.
- Experience working in high-SKU product environments.
- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as: Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake.
- Experience using Python for analytics or reporting automation.
- Experience with Microsoft Access.
- Technical knowledge of automotive parts, retail parts operations, or service-related business functions.
