About the position
Serves as Program Analyst in the Construction Division.
Responsibilities
- Conducts research on construction projects to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Develops and maintains project management tools and databases to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet client needs.
- Monitors project progress and communicates status updates to relevant parties.
- Prepares reports and presentations to communicate project findings and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in construction project management or related field.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of federal contracting regulations and policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $70,000 - $90,000 based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
