Program Analyst

Job Summary

As a Program Analyst, you will be responsible for coordinating EV charging projects, supporting daily EV charging operations, and providing project management support for planning and EV charger installations. You will also engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment and maintain accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EV charging projects, including tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Support daily EV charging operations by monitoring performance and addressing basic issues
• Affiliate in operations activities such as data tracking, reporting, and coordination with vendors
• Manage and prioritize multiple administrative and coordination tasks across projects
• Engage and communicate with multiple stakeholders (internal teams, vendors, and clients) to ensure alignment
• Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports for ongoing initiatives
• Identify and escalate risks, delays, or issues impacting timelines

Requirements

• Proficient in basic computer operations and digital tools
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (navigating spreadsheets, data tracking, analysis)
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating presentations and reports
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot for productivity and task support

Qualifications

• At least GED
• 3+ years of relevant experience, with a background in data, EV charging infrastructure, or sustainability initiatives preferred

Skills

• Software / Technical Skills: Proficient in basic computer operations and digital tools; strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot
