Job Summary
KBR is seeking a Program Analyst to support the NAVAIR PMA-265 F/A-18 Avionics Level 3 IPT Lead at Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIRSYSCOM) in Patuxent River, MD.
Role And Responsibilities
- Provides direct business management support to Level 3 IPT and establishes program plan requirements.
- Covers coordination of responses to data drills, analysis of data, preparation of program briefings, status reports, and other documentation.
- Participates in monthly Acquisition Oversight Council, Reliability Control Boards, and Program Management Focus meetings.
- Coordinates and participates in Program Management Reviews, meetings, and conferences with other PMAs, PEOs, and Services.
- Executes incoming drills and tasks from outside organizations and coordinates responses through OPS and PMA Leadership.
- Tracks deliverables, major events and milestones, meetings, briefings, and develops plans to ensure products are prepared and delivered on time.
- Coordinates with Functional Teams, as necessary, to ensure complete review of responses.
- Develops and maintains a list of weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual priorities and events.
- Aids in developing plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements for the IPT programs.
Functional Description
- Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Supports the creation and updating of Course of Actions in Automated Degrader Tracking System.
- Supports the creation and updating of Procurement Initiation Documents (PIDs); Procurement Management Tool (PMT) records and all documentation required for routing PID packages for approval.
- Works with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely review and approval of contractually required Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
- Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Creates and edits funding requests in Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) to support the development and execution of Spend Plans.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3 to 5 years of related experience OR associate's degree plus two (2) years of additional work experience performing duties described may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree or Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
- Two plus years of experience supporting NAVAIR is desired.
- Must have Microsoft office experience (OUTLOOK, WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT), and computer skills/aptitude to use and understand this position’s required unique computer applications.
- U.S. Citizen.
- An active Secret Clearance is required.

Compensation
$83,930.00 - $125,840.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.
